refund policy

At Td’A, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may return your item for a refund or exchange under the following conditions.

Return & Refund Policy

To be eligible for a return and refund:

✧ The item must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.

✧ The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, including all original tags and packaging.

✧ A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

 

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

1. Check your bank account again.

2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at info@tdamodestfashion.com before sending it back.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective due to our error:

✧ Contact us immediately at info@tdamodestfashion.com with a clear photo of the issue.

✧ We will provide you with a return label at no additional cost, so you can return the item for a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping

✧ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

✧ Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

✧For returns over €50, we recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Order Cancellation

If your order has not yet been packed, you may request a cancellation by contacting us at info@tdamodestfashion.com. If your order has already been packed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

Return Address

Before sending any returns, please contact us at info@tdamodestfashion.com for the correct return address and further instructions. Failure to do so may result in the package being returned to you.
