For each order you will receive a track and trace code. After you have paid your order you will receive a confirmation email.
As soon as we have sent the order to you, you will receive an email with a track & trace code.

If you have not received an email, please check your spam folder first.

Service Point:

You have the option to deliver your order at a service point.
At the service point you can pick up your order during the openings hours.

To collect your order, you will need to show proof of identity.
The Service Point will keep your order for a limited period of time (usually 5 working days).

Orders not collected by the scheduled date will be returned to us for non-delivery. In this case, the return of the order will be treated as a return.



If you chose "pick-up" as the shipping method, you will receive a message as soon as your package is ready. 

With your order number you will be able to pick up your order.

You have 14 days to collect your order.
